If You Build It,
They Will Come.
(Hint: We’re already here!)
Does your business model fit being a vibrant part of a multi-use development where people live and shop with shared, pre-planned parking and amenities? Imagine participating in a commercial condominium community with tutor centers, hobby stores, cafés, therapy/yoga studios, and a secure, familiar
after-school environment that’s within walking distance of schools and the local library/knowledge/community center.
Attaching “owned” small businesses to such a facility is the key to SBRE’s plan for ensuring local, long-term success. With money, dedication of time, and access to affordable commercial land through ownership, together we can make America great again indeed.

We believe you, your family, and our communities deserve a chance to thrive by living a dream that has been out of reach for small businesses for far too long. The SBRE team in your advocate for opening the door of opportunity that you’ve worked hard to deserve. The time is way overdue to give community-supporting businesses like yours a real chance for success through ownership — not leasing — the real property they need to prosper.
We seek to recreate the Small Business Administration’s (SBA’s) well-intentioned founding goal: maintaining and strengthening America’s economy through the creation of viable small businesses. The SBA’s activities are summarized as the “3 C’s” of Capital, Contracts, and Counseling.
In that spirit, SBRE has developed a vehicle that offers ownership to everyone who qualifies for a loan. With an ownership position, your business can grow the financial strength to start up correctly. That way, if the business falters or your business model needs change, ownership equity can be harnessed to restructure.
Stronger Communities with Small Business Roots.

Our plan isn’t just about you, or us. It’s a way to help our communities thrive from the ground up. We need our public school libraries back, although not in a traditional sense. Once the core of our communities, libraries were the hub of our children’s after-school activities. As part of the everyday fabric of life, libraries served as community centers providing safe, reliable places for moms, dads, and kids. And they can be so again.

SBRE is now pursuing this dream in Clark, Cowlitz, and Yakima Counties, where we live and work. Our current projects include collaborations with the Battle Ground and Woodland Planning Departments. We support the region’s hope to re-establish the original Battle Ground Public Library. We also have our eyes on acquiring and developing land attached to the new Woodland school project.

SBRE Is Dedicated to Your Ownership of the Equity in Commercial Property.
And to Sparing You the Typical Small-Business Hassles.

Our Win-Win Strategy.
Once SBRE’s community fund is completely formed and managed, we’ll have the resources to purchase more property, divide it up, and dedicate the portion needed for a community facility-library. Our ultimate goal is offering commercial ownership opportunity to local businesses like yours.
We have the expertise to achieve it.
