Founder & Designated Broker
It takes someone who’s been in the churn of two high-octane sales industries for a lifetime to fully grasp the complexities of home buying and selling — much less, jump-start a forgotten business model in commercial real estate. Prior to acquiring a decade of experience in residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate, Aaron spent 20 years learning the top-to-bottom aspects of auto sales and service as a top-performing sales manager and trainer with Ford, Nissan, and Dodge. A born competitor who’s been in professional sales since 1992, this Pacific Northwest native and life-long resident readily grasps the challenges of home sales with a thoroughness and integrity that sets a high bar for everyone at SBRE. Aaron’s lifetime experience with cars, contracting, fishing, hunting, and farming forms a savvy market perspective of real estate that few of the region’s commercial realtors offer.
Director of Operations
After spending nearly 15 years in healthcare, Jennifer made the switch to real estate. Jennifer attributes her personal growth to working at Keller Williams Premier Partners where she was responsible for operations, financial management, leadership and recruiting. Jennifer began coaching in late 2020 and now does both coaching and consulting with small businesses. Jennifer has an MBA from Northwest Christian University, volunteers with SCORE, Trauma Intervention Program NW, and PeaceHealth Hospice No One Dies Alone program. At SBRE, Jennifer is responsible for operations and administrative tasks to help all the brokers crush their personal and professional goals

My previous career was healthcare. I am passionate in helping others to achieve their dreams. I was an educator for new employees, CNA for surgical, medical, orthopedic, trauma, and then did staffing and bed management.
It is very important to have COMMUNICATION both ways in order to achieve a clear understanding. The ability to help others understand there options and my passion for helping others is what I have applied to my business in real estate.
Educating my clients on options and choices in providing professional help from choosing the best lender to a general contractor to finish cosmetic repairs. I screen my vendors by their expertise and professionalism work ethic and from personal experience and recommendations from past clients. You want the best when dealing with and choosing a roofer, landscaper, organizer, and professional home stager and so on. I am always happy to talk and answer any questions in real estate with no obligations.
